All coaches who faciliate any session will hold an enhanced DBS, First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygine as well as a qualification in the necessary sport you wish you enhance your abilities on.

Jamie Barratt

Founder / Head Coach

Jamie is the founder of Assure Coaching, Jamie has been a semi professional footballer and has a huge amounts of experience of the game. Jamie has played for a number of pro clubs in his career namely Aldershot Town and Portsmouth FC. Jamie unfortunately fell victim to a serious injury resulting in him needing to retire. Jamie has worked in his coaching life to date with Tooting & Mitcham FC, Shalford FC, Colne Valley FC Women, Portsmouth FC and Maidenhead Women who compete in the National League and he is currently joint Manager of the Dorking Wanderers FC B team who play their trade in the Southern Combination league within the Dorking Wanderers Academy.

Carl Stevens

Co-Founder

Carl has been involved with Assure Coaching since it's creation in 2020. He has previously played and coached within the Midhurst FC set up, as well as having played for Stedham for over 10yrs. He has also played for both Chiddingfold FC and Haslemere FC. Carl is one of our Head Coaches at the Assure Coaching Community Foundation sessions and various camps we now run.
